GOSSA committees are specific bodies within our association, spearheaded by registered members, to organise activities and events according to Our Purpose. All committees must appoint a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer, and are required to organise at least two events per semester, not surpassing 2 events in a month. For members interested in creating a new committee, reach out to the board via email (board@gossa.nl) or Whatsapp.

Social Committee

GOSSA’s Social Committee is responsible for organising social activities, and providing support to the board for end of year events. Some events organised by the social committee last academic year were: pub quizzes, borrels, a dinner with Conscious Kitchen, a “pooling” event, among others.

Academic Committee

GOSSA’s Academic Committee is responsible for organising activities that help members to develop both personally and professionally as they make the transition from student to working professional. The academic committee organises workshops, movie nights, as well as projects like the “Great GOSSA Library”.

Sports Committee

GOSSA’s Sports Committee is responsible for organising sports activities. The sports committee organises SuPping events, basketball games, volleyball tournaments, surfing activities, among others..
